Shipping Policy

• Goods will be shipped within 3 business days after payment received. If you wish to combine the shipment, kindly inform us in advance & take note on the storage charges.

• We offer Registered Airmail or Express Airmail Shipping (EMS). Tracking number, will be emailed to the provided email address within 48 hours once shipped.

• Please note that shipping might be delay depending on the custom offices, weather condition and more.

• We are not responsible for any detention of goods by your country's custom, or any costs or delay due to incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.

• All items will be valued down and marked as a gift as per your request. Please also note the risk of not being able to claim the full cost of items if valued down, if anything happens.

• Please kindly contact your local post office & provide them your tracking number if the package arrived at your designated country, but yet to delivered to you after 7~10 business days.

• The post office will hold your items for only 14 days. Please contact them within the period or the parcel will be shipped back to Korea. We are not responsible for it.
